"Driver was late due to a road accident which was out of his control but good communication between myself and the driver was maintained throughout with him giving me regular updates on his progress. Journey couldn't have been better, very polite, talkative, constantly checking for the best route through traffic updates. Would highly recommend the driver, ease of booking and the direct communication."
